This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements the Terms. By using ProfileSaver or https://profilesave.com, you agree to this AUP.

1. Lawful use only

You will use the Software only for purposes you believe are lawful in your jurisdiction. The Operator does not provide legal advice and does not monitor your downloads.

2. Authorized access only

You will access only accounts, profiles, and content you own or are explicitly authorized to access. You will not use the Software to obtain private, confidential, or non-public data of others without permission.

3. Respect platform rules

You will comply with the terms, policies, and technical rules of any third-party platform you interact with through the Software. You understand platforms may restrict automation, bulk access, or downloading. Account restrictions or bans imposed by third parties are your risk, not ours.

4. Intellectual property

You are responsible for respecting copyright and other IP rights. The Software is a tool; we do not grant you rights to any third-party content you may download.

5. No misuse of our services

You will not: redistribute our binaries or keys; attack our website; impersonate us; use our name to imply endorsement by social networks; or use the Software to build a competing hosted scraping service.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate violations and revoke licenses. We may cooperate with law enforcement when legally required. We are not obligated to monitor users.

7. Reporting abuse of our site

Report misuse of https://profilesave.com (not third-party content on user PCs) to support@profilesave.com.
