2. What we collect (website)

• Email address �?? to identify your order and support requests (we do not email download links).
• Payment verification data �?? Monero transaction ID, amount, timestamp (we do not require your name on-chain).
• Technical logs �?? IP address, browser type, pages viewed (server/Cloudflare logs, typically short retention).
• Optional analytics �?? if enabled (e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics), aggregated usage without selling personal data.
• Suggestions form �?? message content and email if you provide it.

3. What we do not collect (desktop app)

The ProfileSaver application is designed to store profiles, sync state, and downloads locally on your device unless a future version discloses otherwise. We do not receive your cookies file contents, downloaded media, or platform passwords on our servers.

4. Legal bases (GDPR, where applicable)

Contract performance (purchase delivery), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention), consent (optional marketing if ever added), legal obligation.

5. Retention

Purchase records: as long as needed for tax, disputes, and license support (e.g. 7 years where tax law requires). Server logs: minimal retention. Suggestion emails: until resolved or deleted.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use processors (e.g. Cloudflare, email provider) under confidentiality. We may disclose data if required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact support@profilesave.com. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8. International transfers

If data is processed outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards where required.

9. Children

Not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
