1. Digital product

ProfileSaver is digital software delivered immediately after payment verification.

2. General rule — all sales final

Because delivery is instant and irreversible on the blockchain, payments are generally non-refundable once a valid license and download have been delivered, except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

3. Monero payment errors

Sending to the wrong address, wrong amount, or without required payment reference is your responsibility. We may, at our sole discretion, attempt to help if you contact support@profilesave.com promptly with proof of payment—but we guarantee no recovery.

4. Technical issues

If the Software is materially defective, contact support. Our remedy is typically a patch, replacement build, or replacement license—not a cash refund.

5. Revoked licenses

No refund if your license was revoked for Terms or AUP violations.

6. Chargebacks

Monero payments do not use card chargebacks. Do not purchase if you expect payment reversal through a bank.
